  1. Allen Hingston says:

My 4 year old Dell Inspiron N5110 is running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1. It is up to date with all mandatory updates but there are 67 “optional” which I am ignoring. I ran reserveWin10. cmd program and it looped. Do I really need to add those 67 optional updates?

    • Ed Stewart says:

Those “optional” updates are not required for the OS. It’s the “important” and “recommended” updates that Windows needs to function normally.

  2. Allen Hingston says:

That is what I thought.. I should add that my computer is configured to 64 bit and Windows was updated again this week automatically.

  3. Laura says:

for me, it found some issues and ran for a few minutes, but ended with a “Success” message just like you said it would–however the app still hasn’t appeared. Is there anything i can still do?

  4. Mandy says:

I also am having problems on my Dell 5110. Could it be device specific? I’ve done every single fix out there,am over specs, and fully updated. About to try and delete and reinstall KB3035583 lol worth a shot right?

  5. Randy Thiesen says:

I ran the script and instead of success I got an error. Her is a screen of the error. I hope someone can tell me what went wrong
    It says C: windowssystem32/schtasks/run/TN/”Microsoft/Windows/setup/GWX/refreshgwxconfig”
ERROR: The system cannot find the file specified.
That is it. I hope someone can help

For the record I’m running a Presario CQ57 Laptop with Windows 7 Home Edition Service pack 1 and as far as I can tell it’s fully updated.
    Any help?

  8. Dell tablet says:

I’m having the same problem on my Dell tablet with window 8.1 and all updates installed. Apparently the issue is the DELL part as others here have noticed. Not sure how to fix. I’ll probably try to turn off everything dell -services, ie plugins etc.

  12. Dave Latimer says:

The Get Win10 app says my CPU is not compatible.
I have checked all the other minimum requirements and my sustem meets them or exceeds them. The issue is with my CPU which is an Intel Core 2 Duo 6700. I have checked to see if it meets the requirements of NX/XD, VT , EM64T,SSE2 ( PAE ) which it does, my bios indicates the the Execute Disable bit is enabled. Yet it still says CPU not compatible.

Microsoft not genuine copy of windows OS error show, When you run cracked or not genuine windows. You can fix not genuine windows error by registration your OS, For which You need to enter Microsoft 25 digits product license activation key getting from ODosta Store. You can buy retail product key from Microsoft, but its very costly, So I recommend you to buy cheap key code from: http://products.odosta.com
as I recently bought it, activated it and my issue has been fixed.
