I have reserved for win 10 and 0n 29 july i received win upgradation update in window updates.But my PC was too much slow and take several minutes in starting , so I refresh the win (8.1).After it There was no that win 10 upgradation update in wndow updates and i want to upgrade my win 8.1 to win 10.Kindly Help me. I upgraded from Windows 7 and now I have a BSOD with an ATHWBX.SYS error. I have choosen the repair option repeatedly, restarted the computer, but it always comes back to the BSOD. Help, can you?
I’m on the sign in page after downloading windows 10 via the reservation method. I have been unable to sign in or get beyond this page. what to do…please?

I bought a pc with windows8.1 four days after release of windows10.I didnot get ‘get windows10 app’.I tried running media creation tool,but its showing that error 0*80070005-0*20000 has occured.what should i do now.
