Samsung 77-Inch S90H OLED Drops to $2,297.99 at Amazon With 165Hz on Every HDMI Port

Amazon has the 77-inch Samsung S90H OLED at $2,297.99, which is $1,402 below the $3,699.99 Samsung still asks on its own store. Neither listing says which OLED panel is inside, because Samsung does not publish that detail for the S90H.

The set is a 2026 model with a 3840 x 2160 OLED panel, the NQ4 AI Gen3 processor and Samsung’s Glare Free anti-reflection coating. That gap to Samsung’s own price matters more than the 18% badge on the listing, since the $2,797.99 Amazon shows as a list price is itself $902 under the maker.

Samsung 77-inch S90H specifications

The figures below come from Samsung’s product pages and from the Amazon listing. Samsung does not publish a brightness figure, a color gamut number or a response time for this model.

What Samsung does not publish about the panel

Samsung’s US, UK and Canadian pages for the 77-inch S90H all give the product type as OLED and stop there. None of them names a panel technology, and none breaks the technology out by screen size.

That is the single largest unknown in this deal, because it decides how the set handles color volume and off-angle viewing. Samsung does describe what sits on top of the panel, saying the Glare Free layer removes distracting reflections.

The 165Hz number is a variable refresh figure

Samsung markets the S90H as Motion Xcelerator 165Hz, and the Amazon bullets repeat it. On Samsung’s own spec sheet the entry reads 165 Hz VRR, with 100 Hz given as the native rate for that regional model.

Samsung publishes no native refresh rate at all for the US QN77S90HAEXZA. It also never writes HDMI 2.1 anywhere on the sheet, and instead lists 4K at 165Hz across HDMI 1 through 4, which is the part that decides whether a console works on any port.

How the S90H compares with the other OLED TVs on sale

Four OLED sets carry live discounts at the same time, and two of them ship from a marketplace seller rather than Amazon.

LG 83-inch B6$2,799.99$3,499.99Up to 120HzAmazon.com

LG’s 83-inch B6 costs $502 more and adds six inches of screen, but its listing rates it to 120Hz rather than 165Hz. The step up in that family, the 83-inch LG C6 at $3,499.99, has been matching LG’s own price rather than beating it.

Within Samsung’s own line the 65-inch S90H is $800 less for the same processor and the same 165Hz rating. The 65-inch S85H saves another $200 by dropping to the NQ4 AI Gen2 processor, OLED HDR without the plus, and a 120Hz rating.

Smaller OLED sets have been running far cheaper this month, including the 42-inch LG C6 at $949.99 and the 48-inch Sony BRAVIA 6 at $1,098. Neither gets close to a 77-inch picture, so the comparison is about room size as much as money.

What the listing leaves unconfirmed

Amazon shows the TV as in stock and shipped by Amazon.com, with no end date on the discount. Samsung’s own page for the same SKU listed delivery and in-store pickup as not available when it was checked.

The panel technology is not published, the native refresh rate for the US model is not published, and Samsung’s regional spec sheets disagree with each other on USB port count and on shipping weight. Prices were accurate at the time of writing and can change without notice.
