The LG 83-inch OLED evo AI C6 is listed at $3,499.99 on Amazon, cut from a $5,299.99 list price. The 34 percent discount is not an Amazon undercut, because LG sells the same television for exactly $3,499.99 on its own store.

The set is model OLED83C6HUP, the largest of the six sizes in LG's 2026 C6 line. Amazon.com holds the buy box directly, and the listing shows the TV in stock at the time of writing.
The anchor at least traces back to LG. The company's 2026 OLED pricing announcement puts the 83-inch C6 at an MSRP of $5,299, and LG's product page still shows that figure struck through above the same $3,499.99.
What the 83-inch C6 panel actually gets
LG describes the panel as OLED evo with Hyper Radiant Color Tech, built on over 8.3 million self-lit pixels with Perfect Black and Perfect Color. The processor is the Alpha 11 AI Processor 4K Gen3 with a Dual AI Engine.
Amazon's bullet list credits the performance gains to an a9 processor instead. LG's own pages for this model name the Alpha 11 Gen3, and that is the figure to trust.
The 83-inch also gets Brightness Booster Pro. A footnote in LG's own announcement restricts that feature to the 77 and 83-inch C6 sets, with the smaller sizes receiving the plain Brightness Booster.
Hyper Radiant Color Tech carries the same restriction, available only on the 77 and 83-inch C6 according to that footnote. However, this is still the mid-range line. LG reserves Brightness Booster Ultra and Max for the G6 series, so the C6 is not an MLA panel.

The 165Hz figure comes with a condition
LG markets the C6 with a 165Hz refresh rate next to NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium. A footnote on the same LG page adds that a PC with a 165Hz graphics card is required.
LG's announcement frames it as 4K at 165Hz VRR, so the number describes a variable refresh ceiling rather than the panel's standing rate. A native 120Hz panel has been reported for the C6, though LG does not state a native refresh figure on either of its own pages for this model.
ALLM, HGiG and a certified 0.1ms response time are all listed by LG. That is a complete gaming feature set, and it is the same one the C6 carried through its earlier retail discounts.
Cheaper routes into the same 2026 OLED line
The 77-inch C6 is the awkward comparison. It is listed at $2,299.99 with Amazon.com in the buy box, and LG's footnotes place it in the same top bracket as the 83-inch for both Hyper Radiant Color Tech and Brightness Booster Pro.
| Model | Price | List price | Panel tier |
|---|---|---|---|
| LG 83-inch C6 (OLED83C6HUP) | $3,499.99 | $5,299.99 | Hyper Radiant, Brightness Booster Pro |
| LG 77-inch C6 (OLED77C6HUP) | $2,299.99 | $2,599.99 | Hyper Radiant, Brightness Booster Pro |
| LG 83-inch B6 (OLED83B6GUA) | $2,999.99 | $3,499.99 | OLED, below the evo tier |
| LG 65-inch C6 (OLED65C6PUA) | $1,499.99 | $1,699.99 | Brightness Booster only |
Holding the screen size costs less if the series drops. The 83-inch B6 is $2,999.99 from Amazon.com, but the B line sits under the evo tier and carries neither of the C6 panel features named above.
The 65-inch C6 at $1,499.99 is the cheapest way into the 2026 C6, also sold by Amazon.com. LG's footnotes exclude that size from Hyper Radiant Color Tech and from Brightness Booster Pro, so it is a smaller screen and a lesser panel treatment at once.
Price matching between Amazon and a manufacturer store is becoming the pattern on large panels. The 98-inch LG Nano AI landed on LG's own price in much the same way, and 77-inch OLED sets from rival brands have been running well under this figure.
What LG does not publish
LG gives no brightness figure for the 83-inch C6. The only number on offer is a relative claim that Brightness Booster Pro shines up to 3.2x brighter, with no baseline attached to it.
Neither LG page for this model states how many HDMI inputs the set has, which version they run, or which of them carry the high refresh and eARC paths. Four HDMI 2.1 ports have been reported, but that is not LG's own figure. Colour gamut coverage, measured contrast and input lag in milliseconds are absent as well.
LG does commit to up to five years of webOS upgrades through its Re:New Program, and the set ships on webOS 26. Prices here are as of October 5, 2026, the listing shows no end date for the discount, and Amazon can move either figure without notice.
