SEGA has shared a new roadmap for its upcoming games, giving a clearer look at the projects it has already announced. The list includes several major revivals, including Crazy Taxi, Golden Axe, Jet Set Radio, Streets of Rage, and a new Virtua Fighter project.
The roadmap was included in SEGA’s latest full year results presentation. It only covers announced titles, so more games could still be revealed later. Most of the listed projects are expected to come to Xbox, though SEGA has not confirmed every platform for every game yet.
The most immediate title on the list is Stranger Than Heaven, which is planned for winter 2026 and is already confirmed for Xbox Game Pass. Persona 4 Revival is also listed with no release date yet and is expected to arrive on Xbox Game Pass as well.
SEGA’s roadmap also includes two Total War projects: Total War: Warhammer 40,000 and Total War: Medieval 3. Both are still listed without release dates. Alien: Isolation is also on the roadmap, though SEGA has not shared a launch window.
| Upcoming SEGA title | Release window |
|---|---|
| Stranger Than Heaven | Winter 2026 |
| Persona 4 Revival | TBD |
| Total War: Warhammer 40,000 | TBD |
| Total War: Medieval 3 | TBD |
| New Virtua Fighter Project | TBD |
| Crazy Taxi | TBD |
| Golden Axe | TBD |
| Jet Set Radio | TBD |
| Streets of Rage | TBD |
| Alien: Isolation | TBD |
The roadmap is good news for fans of SEGA’s older franchises. Crazy Taxi, Golden Axe, Jet Set Radio, and Streets of Rage were part of the company’s earlier plan to bring back classic names for modern audiences. Their presence on the new roadmap suggests those projects are still moving forward.

At the same time, SEGA is changing some of its wider strategy. The company says it is lowering the priority of free to play games after weaker performance from Sonic Rumble Party on mobile. More than 100 people from free to play development have already been moved to full game teams focused on SEGA’s main IPs.
SEGA has also canceled its long discussed “Super Game” project. The company had previously described it as a larger concept meant to stand above normal games and connect players, streamers, and viewers inside a broader gaming ecosystem. It was never fully explained, and now it will not move ahead.
The shift makes SEGA’s direction look more focused. Instead of chasing a large experimental platform style project or putting more weight behind free to play, the company appears to be leaning harder into full game releases and established brands.
For Xbox players, the roadmap is especially interesting because Stranger Than Heaven and Persona 4 Revival are already tied to Game Pass. If SEGA’s other revived franchises also land on Xbox, the next few years could bring back several names that fans have been waiting to see again.
