Xbox players looking for inexpensive games have a large selection to choose from in the latest August sale, with more than 50 titles discounted by 90 percent or more.
The offers cover a wide mix of genres, including shooters, action games, fighting games, racing titles, LEGO releases, role playing games, and smaller indie projects. Several well known games are now available for under $5, while one title has been reduced by 95 percent.
The latest discounts sit alongside other ongoing Xbox promotions, including broader publisher and seasonal sales. Prices can vary by region, but many of the strongest deals are available in both the US and UK.

Some of the most recognizable discounts include Battlefield 1 for $1.99, Battlefield 4 for $1.99, Mortal Kombat 11 for $4.99, Batman: Return to Arkham for $4.99, and Star Wars: Squadrons for $3.99.
Killing Floor 2 has dropped to $2.99, while Injustice 2 is available for $3.99. Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League are both down to $6.99.
The biggest percentage discount in the main list belongs to New Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja, which has been reduced by 95 percent to $1.49 in the US.

Battlefield gets several steep discounts
The Battlefield series is particularly well represented.
Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4 are both down to $1.99 in the US, while Battlefield V costs $3.99. Battlefield 2042 is also included at $6.99.
That gives you access to several generations of the series at relatively low prices, whether you prefer the historical settings of Battlefield 1 and Battlefield V or the modern combat of Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 2042.
Other shooters in the sale include Homefront: The Revolution, which has dropped to $3.99, and Immortals of Aveum at $6.99.
Back 4 Blood: Deluxe Edition is also part of the promotion at $8.99, representing a 90 percent reduction from its regular price.
LEGO and superhero games are heavily discounted
A number of family friendly and superhero games are included as well.
LEGO DC Super Villains costs $5.99, while LEGO Marvel's Avengers and LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens are both available for $4.99. The LEGO Movie Videogame is even cheaper at $2.99.
Batman: Return to Arkham is down to $4.99, offering remastered versions of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City in one package.
Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League are both available for $6.99, giving players cheaper entry points into two newer DC games.
More discounts reach 80 and 85 percent
The 90 percent category is only part of the sale.
Several notable games have also been reduced by 85 percent, including Mafia: Definitive Edition, Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Saints Row The Third Remastered, Shenmue I & II, and Two Point Campus.
The 80 percent group includes BioShock: The Collection, Like a Dragon: Ishin!, Mortal Kombat 1, Nobody Wants to Die, and Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy.
These lower percentage discounts may still be worth comparing because some of the games include multiple titles or larger collections.
With more than 50 games reaching at least 90 percent off, the latest Xbox sale gives you plenty of options if you are mainly interested in expanding your library at low cost. The strongest value is concentrated among older AAA releases and established franchises, with many titles now sitting between roughly $2 and $7.
