Microsoft has introduced a new promotion that gives customers 25 Xbox games worth more than $500 when they purchase an eligible Windows 11 PC or gaming handheld.
The offer is part of Microsoft's Xbox 25th anniversary celebrations and includes games from several major franchises, including Halo, Fallout, Gears of War, The Elder Scrolls and Age of Empires.
The promotion began on November 2, 2026, and runs until December 31, 2026. However, it is available exclusively in the United States, and not every Windows 11 computer qualifies.

The X25 collection includes established Xbox titles alongside newer releases. Several games also support Xbox Play Anywhere, allowing you to access compatible versions across Windows PCs and Xbox consoles.
Some notable games included in the promotion are:

| The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition | The Elder Scrolls |
| Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary | Halo |
| Gears of War: Reloaded | Gears of War |
| Minecraft Dungeons | Minecraft |
| Call of Duty: WWII | Call of Duty |
| Fallout 76 | Fallout |
| Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition | Age of Empires |
| DOOM and DOOM II | DOOM |
| The Outer Worlds | The Outer Worlds |
| Age of Mythology: Retold | Age of Mythology |
The complete collection also includes Quake, Quake II, Wolfenstein: The New Order, Battletoads, Gears Tactics, Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire and several other titles.
Not every game supports Xbox Play Anywhere. Some console and PC versions require separate ownership.
Which Windows 11 PCs Qualify for the Promotion?
Microsoft says eligible devices include new Windows PCs and gaming handhelds with Windows Home preinstalled.
Certain Windows Pro computers powered by NVIDIA RTX Spark silicon also qualify.

However, refurbished devices and computers purchased through unauthorized sellers, marketplaces, liquidators or auction websites are excluded.
You must purchase a qualifying device during the promotional period and redeem the games through the Microsoft Store app.
Microsoft says the offer will appear on eligible PCs no later than November 30, 2026.
The company can also revoke promotional benefits if a qualifying purchase is returned or canceled.
Gaming handhelds, including compatible Xbox Ally devices, are eligible, making the promotion relevant to customers considering portable Windows gaming hardware.
For buyers already planning to purchase a qualifying Windows 11 PC, the additional games provide extra value without requiring a separate purchase.
