Paradox Interactive may be preparing an unannounced LEGO themed city building game called LEGO Skylines, according to a new rating from South Korea’s Game Rating and Administration Committee. The listing has not been officially confirmed by Paradox, but Korean ratings have a long history of revealing games before publishers are ready to announce them.
If the listing is accurate, LEGO Skylines would likely be a spin off of Cities: Skylines, Paradox’s popular city building series. That would make it an interesting shift for the franchise, especially after Cities: Skylines became known for large scale urban planning, traffic systems, zoning, and heavy simulation. A LEGO version could bring the concept to a wider audience with a lighter tone, more playful construction, and a stronger focus on creativity.
The timing also points toward a possible reveal soon. The report suggests the game could appear at Summer Game Fest, which would make sense if the rating was published shortly before an announcement. For now, though, the title should still be treated as a leak rather than confirmed news.
Persona 4 Revival was also rated, which may point to a wider reveal window
The same rating board also listed Persona 4 Revival, Atlus’s full remake of Persona 4. The game was announced during last year’s Xbox Games Showcase and is being developed by P Studio for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, and PC.
Persona 4 Revival keeps the original story set in the rural town of Inaba, where a series of murders connects to the mysterious Midnight Channel. The remake is expected to rebuild character models and assets from the ground up, while bringing gameplay closer to Persona 5 Royal, similar to how Persona 3 Reload modernized the third entry.
A recent rumor claims Persona 4 Revival could launch in February 2027. If that date is accurate, the Korean rating may have arrived earlier than usual, since ratings often appear closer to release. Still, it suggests the remake is far enough along to be moving through regulatory steps.
| Game | What the rating suggests |
|---|---|
| LEGO Skylines | Possible unannounced Paradox city builder |
| Persona 4 Revival | Remake may be moving toward a clearer release window |
| Gears of War: E Day | Another major release progressing through ratings |
| Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve | 2026 launch window may still be on track |
| Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy | Could be heading to Nintendo Switch 2 |
The most surprising item remains LEGO Skylines. Paradox recently split from Colossal Order, the studio behind Cities: Skylines, so the report suggests this could be the first game developed by Iceflake Studios after that change. If true, it may show Paradox trying to keep the Skylines name active through a more accessible and family friendly direction.

A LEGO city builder also fits both brands. LEGO already has a strong connection to creative construction, while Skylines brings city planning and simulation experience. The big question is whether the game would lean more toward serious management or relaxed building. A lighter, more approachable design could help it reach players who enjoy construction games but find traditional city builders too complex.
For now, Paradox has not announced LEGO Skylines, and Atlus has not shared a new release date for Persona 4 Revival. Still, the Korean rating board has given fans several reasons to watch the next major gaming showcases closely.
