Gigabyte may be preparing more AORUS Infinity RTX 50 graphics cards beyond the RTX 5090

Gigabyte may be planning to expand its AORUS Infinity graphics card lineup beyond the high end RTX 5090. A new EEC filing appears to list several unannounced RTX 50 series AORUS Infinity models, including cards based on the RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, RTX 5070, RTX 5060 Ti, and RTX 5060.

The filing has not been officially confirmed by Gigabyte, so it should be treated as an early regulatory listing rather than a launch announcement. Still, EEC filings often reveal hardware names before companies publicly introduce them. If the listing reflects Gigabyte’s real plans, the AORUS Infinity design may not remain limited to the flagship RTX 5090.

The original RTX 5090 AORUS Infinity gained attention because of its premium design and large WINDFORCE Hyperboost cooling system. The card uses a circular style, a double flow through cooling layout, an all metal construction, and RGB lighting. It was built as a high end enthusiast model, which makes sense for a top tier graphics card.

A premium cooler on RTX 5060 and RTX 5070 cards would be unusual for the mid range market

The interesting part of this leak is the possible move into lower GPU classes. Premium cooler designs are common on RTX 5080 and RTX 5090 cards because buyers in that segment often expect stronger cooling, better materials, and more striking designs. The RTX 5070 and RTX 5060 series usually receive simpler coolers because manufacturers need to keep pricing under control.

The reported list includes the RTX 5060 Ti Infinity in both 8 GB and 16 GB versions, along with an RTX 5060 Infinity. If Gigabyte brings the Infinity design to those cards, it could give mid range buyers access to a more premium looking model than usual. The tradeoff would likely be price. Metal shrouds, stronger heatsinks, advanced fans, and RGB lighting can make a card more expensive than standard editions.

If Gigabyte keeps the same design language as the RTX 5090 Infinity, these cards could include stronger air pressure cooling, superconducting heat pipes, and the same RGB Halo style. That would make them stand out in a market where many mid range cards can look plain compared with flagship models.

The main question is whether the full Infinity treatment makes sense below the high end segment. Buyers looking at RTX 5060 and RTX 5070 cards are often more sensitive to price, and a premium version could end up too close to faster models. Still, some PC builders may be willing to pay extra for a better cooler, quieter operation, and a more premium design.

For now, this remains a leak based on a regulatory listing. Gigabyte has not announced these AORUS Infinity models, and EEC filings do not guarantee that every listed product will reach stores. Even so, the filing suggests Gigabyte is at least preparing the groundwork for a wider Infinity lineup across the RTX 50 series.
