GALAX has clarified that it will continue making graphics cards under Palit, ending recent confusion that suggested the brand might be leaving the PC hardware business.
The confusion began after reports said Palit had taken full control of GALAX, including its business operations and RMA support. Early messaging from some GALAX teams led to claims that the company would stop its PC business or be dissolved. GALAX and Palit now say that is not true.
The companies confirmed that GALAX will keep developing graphics cards under the GALAX, KFA2, and HOF brands. These brands are now being managed directly under Palit, but they are not being shut down.
GALAX also says it is ready for current generation GPUs and is already working on next generation products. The company expects its brands to become stronger under Palit’s management.

A key part of the confusion involved Ronaldo, the lead of GALAX Brazil and the person behind TecLab. According to the clarification, he was given incorrect internal information during the transition. That led to the belief that GALAX was ending its business, but the companies now say the information was wrong.
Ronaldo has since said that GALAX Brazil and TecLab will continue their work. He also said the partnership remains active and that support for gamers and enthusiasts will continue.
Here is what has been clarified:
| Topic | Clarification |
|---|---|
| GALAX brand | Not shutting down |
| GPU business | Continuing under Palit |
| Brands affected | GALAX, KFA2, and HOF |
| Current GPUs | Still being supported and developed |
| Future GPUs | Next generation products are already in development |
| Brazil operations | GALAX Brazil and TecLab partnership continues |
| Cause of confusion | Incorrect internal information during management changes |
This matters because GALAX has a long history in graphics cards, especially with enthusiast models. Its HOF series is known among overclockers for high end designs, strong cooling, and custom PCBs.
For buyers and fans, the message is simple. GALAX is still in the GPU market. Palit now has direct control over management, but the company says the brand will continue making current and future graphics cards instead of disappearing.
