Xbox players have several delistings to watch over the next few weeks, with five games scheduled to leave the Microsoft Store in May and June 2026. The latest addition to the list is LEGO 2K Drive, which will be removed from sale on May 19.
The game will not disappear completely for people who already own it. Existing owners should still be able to download and play it after the delisting. However, 2K has confirmed that LEGO 2K Drive’s multiplayer servers will shut down on May 31, 2027. After that, any mode or feature that needs online servers will stop working.
The full list now includes Pinball FX3, LEGO 2K Drive, Battlefield Hardline, Horizon Chase Turbo, and Rec Room. Each case is slightly different, so the impact depends on the game.
| Game | Delisting date | Important detail |
|---|---|---|
| Pinball FX3 | Beginning of May | Already removed and replaced by newer Pinball FX releases |
| LEGO 2K Drive | May 19 | Online servers shut down on May 31, 2027 |
| Battlefield Hardline | May 22 | Servers shut down in June, campaign should remain playable |
| Horizon Chase Turbo | June 1 | Owners can still download it after delisting |
| Rec Room | June 1 | Online only, so delisting also means the service is ending |

Battlefield Hardline is one of the more notable removals. EA’s 2015 cops and criminals shooter will leave the Xbox Store on May 22, and its servers are set to close in June. That means the campaign is the main reason to buy it now. The game has been heavily discounted recently, making it a cheap pickup if you want to preserve the single player mode.
Horizon Chase Turbo is also leaving on June 1. The original version will no longer be available to download for new buyers, though current owners will still be able to access their copy. A newer Horizon Chase Turbo Ayrton Senna Edition bundle recently appeared, so it is not fully clear how the game’s store presence will look after the original version is removed.
Rec Room is a different situation because it is an online only free to play game. Once it is delisted and the servers go offline, there will not be an offline version to keep playing. The developers have already blocked new signups ahead of the shutdown.
There are also a few related store changes to note. Two free PowerWash Simulator DLC packs based on Tomb Raider and Midgar are being removed on May 19. The Outer Worlds is also getting a partial delisting on some platforms, but Xbox owners who have the base game by May 27 should receive The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition for free.
Cars 3: Driven to Win has already disappeared from the Xbox Store without warning. Its page still exists, but the game is no longer available to buy separately.
These removals show why digital game preservation remains a concern. Some delistings are tied to newer versions, expired licenses, server shutdowns, or publisher decisions. If you care about any of these games, it is better to buy or claim them before their removal dates rather than assume they will stay available.
