Xbox Game Pass already has more than 10 games confirmed for 2027, giving the service an early lineup that includes major Xbox releases, RPGs, survival games, action titles, and smaller creative projects. Fable, Persona 4 Revival, Clockwork Revolution, State of Decay 3, Senua, Spyro: A Realm Beyond, and The Expanse: Osiris Reborn are among the biggest names currently listed for next year.
The full 2027 schedule is still far from complete, but the early list shows that Microsoft is already building a strong calendar beyond 2026. Some games have exact dates, while others only have broad windows such as spring 2027 or a general 2027 release target. That means the lineup can still change, but there is already enough here to give Xbox Game Pass subscribers a clear idea of what is coming.
Xbox Game Pass has several major 2027 releases confirmed early
Two of the biggest confirmed dates are Persona 4 Revival and Fable. Persona 4 Revival is currently listed for February 18, 2027, while Fable is set for February 23, 2027. That gives Xbox Game Pass a strong February on paper, especially for players who enjoy story driven RPGs.
Persona 4 Revival brings back the well known mystery RPG with a story about strange murders, a mysterious TV channel, and a group of friends pulled into another world. Fable, meanwhile, is the long awaited return of Xbox’s fantasy RPG series, where your choices shape your hero, reputation, and journey through a fairy tale inspired world.
Clockwork Revolution is also one of the key names to watch. The steampunk first person RPG is expected in spring 2027 and focuses on time, history, and changing the future by altering the past.

The 2027 lineup covers more than one type of player
The current list is useful because it is not focused on only one genre. If you want large Xbox published games, Fable, State of Decay 3, Senua, and Clockwork Revolution are the obvious names. If you prefer Japanese RPGs, Persona 4 Revival is likely to be one of the most important early 2027 additions.

There is also room for smaller and stranger ideas. Bad Magpie lets you play as a one winged magpie searching for its flock while stealing shiny items and causing trouble. Join Us takes a darker comic approach with a co op survival game about building a doomsday cult and surviving the apocalypse.
Spyro: A Realm Beyond is another notable entry because it marks a new adventure for the purple dragon. The game is described as a larger evolution of the series, with free flight, new allies, and a strange realm threatened by an invading force.
Several 2027 Game Pass games still need firm dates
Many of the confirmed games only have a general 2027 window. Alien Deathstorm, Magicians: The Devil’s Deal, Moosa: Dirty Fate, Senua, State of Decay 3, Valor Mortis, and Vivarium are all currently listed without exact release dates.
That is normal for games this far out. Release timing can move as studios get closer to launch, and Microsoft will likely add more titles to the 2027 Game Pass calendar over the next year. Even so, the early list already gives the service a strong base.
The most important part is that Xbox Game Pass is not waiting until late 2026 to start shaping its next year. With big RPGs, survival games, action adventures, and creative smaller projects already confirmed, 2027 is starting to look like another busy year for the subscription service.
