LG 65-Inch C6 OLED Hits $1,399.99 at Amazon, but LG Bundles a Free Wall Mount

The LG 65-inch OLED evo AI C6 is listed at $1,399.99 on Amazon, cut from a $1,699.99 list price. LG sells the identical set for exactly $1,399.99 on its own store, and adds free professional wall mounting and a free Xbox controller at that price.

The television is model OLED65C6PUA, the 65-inch entry in LG's six-size 2026 C6 line. Amazon.com holds the buy box and ships it, and the listing shows the set in stock at the time of writing.

What LG adds, and where the anchor comes from

LG's product page puts two badges beside the price, reading Black Friday Price and Free Xbox Controller.

The first sits above a line that says "Buy Now - Black Friday Price Guaranteed. Valid through 11/1/26". The second offers a free Xbox controller when the TV is added to the cart, valid through 11/15/26.

A third LG offer covers free professional wall mounting and a matching TV wall mount, also through November 1. LG shows the bundled bracket as its EZ Slim OLW480B.

Amazon's listing carries none of that. It shows no bundled accessory, no installation service and no end date for the discount.

The figure itself is not brand new either. The same Amazon listing was priced at $1,499.99 on October 5, 2026, which makes this a $100 step down rather than a first appearance.

Discount anchors usually flatter the retailer. This one does the opposite.

Amazon strikes through $1,699.99 and calls the result 18 percent off. LG's own pricing announcement puts the 65-inch C6 at an MSRP of $2,699.

LG's product page agrees, pricing the set at $1,399.99 under a "$1,300.00 OFF" label.

The two anchors disagree by $1,000, and the conservative one belongs to Amazon.

What this size of C6 does not get

LG describes the 77 and 83-inch C6 as using Hyper Radiant Color Tech with tandem four stack panel tech. Those two sizes also get Brightness Booster Pro, which LG says shines up to 3x brighter.

The 65-inch gets none of the three. LG's copy for OLED65C6PUA names plain Brightness Booster, and the spec sheet's display type row reads only 4K OLED.

No peak brightness figure appears on LG's pages for this size. A 65-inch Sony QD-OLED also reached a discount with no published nit figure.

HDR coverage is Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG. HDR10+ is absent from LG's list, so content mastered in that format is not claimed as supported.

The refresh numbers need reading twice. LG's spec sheet gives 120Hz native with VRR up to 165Hz, and a footnote adds that a PC with a 165Hz graphics card is required.

The HDMI row describes four inputs that support 4K 120Hz, eARC, VRR, ALLM, QMS and QFT. LG never prints an HDMI version number, and never attaches the 165Hz figure to the ports.

Amazon's own bullets add a wrinkle. The bullet headed A11 AI PROCESSOR credits the gains to an a9 AI Processor Gen8, while LG names the a11 AI Processor 4K Gen3.

Cheaper 65-inch OLEDs in the same deal set

Two rival 65-inch OLEDs currently cost less than the C6. Sony's BRAVIA 6 is listed at $1,298.00, with bullets claiming four HDMI ports carrying 4K/120, VRR, ALLM and SBTM, plus DTS:X.

The 55-inch BRAVIA 6 fell to $1,098 earlier this month. Samsung's 65-inch S85H is down to $1,197.99, although Amazon shows only 3 left in stock.

LG 83-inch B6$2,999.99$3,499.99a8 AI 4K Gen3

Samsung's 55-inch S90H is $1,197.99, with the NQ4 AI Gen3 and Motion Xcelerator 165Hz in its bullets.

Going much larger inside LG's own range costs more than moving brands. The 83-inch B6 is $2,999.99, but the B line sits below the evo tier and its bullets top out at 120Hz.

Smaller C6 sets have been discounted too, including the 42-inch version at another retailer.

What LG leaves unpublished

LG gives no colour gamut percentage and no input lag measurement for this model. The spec sheet stops short of naming an HDMI version, and never says which panel generation the 65-inch uses.

A few published rows are worth a second look. LG lists Wi-Fi 5, two USB 2.0 inputs, an ATSC 1.0 tuner and a one-year parts and labour warranty.

Prices here are as of October 19, 2026. Amazon publishes no end date for its discount while LG's matching price has one, so either figure can move without notice.
