BIWIN has introduced a new 48GB DDR5 memory kit aimed at AMD gaming systems, combining a 6000 MT/s data rate with CL28 timings and support for AMD EXPO Ultra Low Latency.
The new DW100 kit includes two 24GB modules and is designed for enthusiasts who want tighter memory timings without moving to very high DDR5 frequencies.
BIWIN claims the kit can improve gaming performance compared with standard EXPO memory, particularly in frame rate consistency and minimum FPS.

EXPO ULL focuses on tighter secondary timings
The main feature is AMD EXPO ULL certification.
Standard EXPO profiles already make it easier to apply validated memory settings on compatible AMD platforms. ULL goes further by optimizing secondary timings such as tREFI, tRRDS and tWRWRSCL.
These tighter settings can reduce memory latency, which may help in CPU limited games where the processor and memory subsystem play a larger role in frame delivery.
AMD has previously claimed that EXPO ULL memory can deliver up to around 4% higher average gaming performance than standard EXPO certified kits in some workloads.
BIWIN is making larger claims with its own testing.
BIWIN claims stronger gains in some games
The company tested the new DW100 kit with a Ryzen 5 9600X processor and a GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card.
According to BIWIN, Counter Strike 2 recorded an 8% increase in average FPS compared with standard EXPO memory.
The company also claims that 1% low performance improved by up to 11.91% in the same game.
Black Myth: Wukong reportedly showed an 18.18% increase in minimum FPS.
BIWIN also states that the kit can improve 1% lows by up to 10% in selected gaming workloads.
These results come from the manufacturer, so actual gains will depend on the processor, motherboard, BIOS, graphics card, game and memory settings.
DDR5 6000 remains an important speed for AMD systems
DDR5 6000 continues to be a popular target for AMD Ryzen systems because it can offer a useful balance between frequency, latency and stability.
The new kit combines that speed with CL28 timings rather than chasing much higher frequencies.

For some gaming systems, tighter timings at 6000 MT/s may provide more practical gains than moving to faster memory with looser latency settings.
The 48GB capacity also places the kit between more common 32GB and 64GB configurations, giving players additional memory without requiring a full 64GB setup.
DW100 already exists in other configurations
The DW100 family is not completely new.
BIWIN already offers other variants, including a 192GB DDR5 6000 kit and OC Lab Gold Edition models running at up to 8000 MT/s with CL34 or CL36 timings.
However, those versions do not carry EXPO ULL certification.
The new 2 x 24GB model is therefore the first DW100 kit specifically built around AMD’s Ultra Low Latency memory profile.
BIWIN has not yet announced pricing or a retail release date.
If the company can deliver the claimed performance improvements at a competitive price, the new DW100 could be attractive for Ryzen owners who care about frame time consistency and minimum FPS as much as peak memory speed.
