ASRock is expanding its gaming monitor lineup at Computex 2026 with new OLED models under the Taichi and Phantom Gaming brands. The company is using the event to mark 10 years of Taichi branding, and the new monitors focus on fast refresh rates, OLED panels, color accuracy, and gaming focused features.
The most interesting part of the announcement is the new Taichi OLED series. ASRock is preparing three 27 inch models, including 4K and 2K options. The lineup includes QD OLED models for players who want strong color performance and high refresh rates, along with a Tandem OLED model that pushes refresh rates even higher.
This is not ASRock’s first hint at Taichi OLED monitors. The company had already shown signs of these displays around CES 2026, with earlier listings pointing to WOLED and QD OLED panels, 2K and 4K versions, refresh rates up to 540Hz, Dual Mode switching, Delta E below 2 color accuracy, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black certification.
The fastest Taichi model reaches 540Hz with Tandem OLED
For Computex, ASRock has named three Taichi OLED monitors. The TCO27USA is a 27 inch 4K QD OLED display with a 240Hz refresh rate. That model is aimed at players who want high resolution and strong motion performance in one panel.
The TCO27QXA lowers the resolution to 2K but raises the refresh rate to 500Hz. This model should appeal more to competitive players who care about speed and responsiveness but still want OLED image quality. Both QD OLED models cover 99 percent of the DCI P3 color space and are factory rated for Delta E below 2, which suggests strong color accuracy out of the box.
| Model | Series | Size | Panel | Resolution | Refresh rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TCO27USA | Taichi | 27 inch | QD OLED | 4K | 240Hz |
| TCO27QXA | Taichi | 27 inch | QD OLED | 2K | 500Hz |
| TCO27QXB | Taichi | 27 inch | Tandem OLED | Not listed | 540Hz |
| PG34QSR | Phantom Gaming | 34 inch | OLED | Not listed | Not listed |
The TCO27QXB is the fastest model in the new Taichi lineup. It uses Tandem OLED technology and supports a 540Hz refresh rate. ASRock also says it includes Dual Mode support, although the company has not yet listed the full resolution modes for this model.

Tandem OLED is notable because it can help improve brightness and efficiency by using multiple OLED emission layers. For gaming monitors, that could make the technology useful if it helps deliver high speed performance while also improving brightness and panel durability.
ASRock is also adding a new Phantom Gaming OLED monitor called the PG34QSR. This is a 34 inch ultrawide OLED model aimed at mainstream and competitive gaming setups. The company has not shared full specifications yet, so resolution, refresh rate, pricing, and availability remain unclear.
The timing makes sense because OLED gaming monitors are becoming more competitive quickly. Brands are now pushing beyond the early 240Hz OLED wave into 360Hz, 500Hz, 540Hz, and even higher refresh rate territory. That gives PC gamers more choice, but it also makes buying decisions harder because every model now has a different balance of resolution, speed, panel type, and price.
ASRock has not announced pricing or launch dates for the new Taichi and Phantom Gaming OLED monitors. Those details will matter because the high end OLED monitor market is already crowded and expensive.
For now, the Taichi lineup looks like ASRock’s strongest monitor push yet. A 4K 240Hz QD OLED, a 2K 500Hz QD OLED, and a 540Hz Tandem OLED give the company a clear presence across premium gaming categories. If ASRock prices them well, it could become a more serious player in the OLED gaming monitor space.
