The Blood of Dawnwalker could also be a major release for RPG fans. The game is set in a dark medieval world and focuses on a vampire protagonist caught between human life and supernatural power.

October Includes Gears of War and Call of Duty

October will bring some of the year’s biggest action releases. Gears of War: E-Day is expected to explore the earlier history of Marcus Fenix, while Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 should bring another major annual entry to the franchise.

Other notable October releases include Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve, Star Wars: Galactic Racer, Phantom Blade Zero, and Enshrouded 1.0.

GTA 6 Is Still the Biggest November Release

Grand Theft Auto 6 is currently scheduled to launch on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S. A PC release has not been confirmed.

Even without a PC version at launch, GTA 6 will likely dominate gaming discussions through the end of the year. The game returns players to Vice City and is expected to be one of Rockstar Games’ largest projects yet.

There are also many games planned for 2026 without a confirmed date, including Lords of the Fallen 2, Mortal Shell 2, Witchbrook, War for Westeros, State of Decay 3, Light No Fire, Judas, and Persona 4: Revival.

With so many releases still ahead, 2026 is shaping up to be a busy year for PC players across nearly every genre.
