Marc Philipp Gemballa has introduced the Marsien GT, a road focused grand tourer based on the Porsche 992 Turbo S and inspired by the design spirit of the Porsche 959.
The new model follows the earlier off road focused Marsien, but shifts the concept toward high speed road driving and everyday grand touring. Production will be limited to just 30 cars worldwide, with deliveries expected to begin in late 2027.
Under the custom carbon fiber bodywork sits a heavily modified Porsche 911 Turbo S platform. The Marsien GT uses a RUF tuned 3.7 liter twin turbo flat six producing 830 horsepower and 687 lb ft of torque, paired with an eight speed PDK transmission and an upgraded all wheel drive system.

With Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires fitted, the Marsien GT is claimed to reach 60 mph in 2.4 seconds before continuing to a top speed of 205 mph.
A more powerful version is also being developed, with output expected to exceed 900 horsepower.
Road focused chassis replaces the off road setup
The biggest mechanical change from the original Marsien is found underneath the car.
Instead of the hydraulic height adjustable suspension used by the off road version, the Marsien GT gets a road tuned suspension system developed with KW Automotive.
It uses a double wishbone front setup and a multi link rear arrangement, with the car sitting around 3.9 inches above the road.
A front axle lift system is included to help the car deal with steep driveways and speed bumps despite its low ride height.
The result is a car that keeps the dramatic Marsien styling but is designed primarily for paved roads rather than rough terrain.
Active aerodynamics and a heavily reworked body
The Marsien GT receives bespoke full carbon fiber bodywork with several active aerodynamic elements.
These include a large active rear wing and pneumatic front fender louvers. The overall shape is intended to combine modern Porsche proportions with styling references to the 959.
The interior also receives major changes, including a center console inspired by the Porsche Carrera GT.
A custom quad tip Akrapovič titanium exhaust handles the engine note and completes the mechanical package.
Only 30 examples will be built
Production is capped at 30 Marsien GTs.
Combined with the 40 examples of the original off road Marsien, total production across the program will reach 70 cars.
That number was chosen to honor what would have been the 70th birthday of Uwe Gemballa, the late tuning specialist and father of Marc Philipp Gemballa.
The Marsien GT is making its public debut during Monterey Car Week at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.
Pricing starts at approximately $888,000 for the conversion alone. Buyers must also supply a Porsche 992 Turbo S donor car, which adds more than $230,000 before taxes and options.
That means the complete project can easily exceed $1.1 million before personalization, making the Marsien GT one of the more exclusive Porsche based grand touring conversions currently available.
