ASUS has introduced the ProArt Display OLED PA27UCDV, a new professional monitor built around a 26.5 inch 4K QD OLED panel and aimed primarily at creators working with laptops and multi system setups.
The display combines a 3840 x 2160 resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness and wide color coverage. Its connectivity is also a major part of the design, with two Thunderbolt 4 ports and up to 140W Power Delivery.
ASUS is showing the monitor at IBC 2026 in Amsterdam, which runs from September 11 through September 14. Pricing and retail availability have not yet been announced.

Thunderbolt 4 is a major part of the design
The PA27UCDV includes two Thunderbolt 4 connections, making it particularly useful for people who work from high performance laptops.
One of the ports supports up to 140W Power Delivery, which is enough to charge many creator focused notebooks directly through the monitor. This can reduce the need for a separate power adapter when working at a desk.
Thunderbolt daisy chaining is supported as well, allowing compatible devices or additional displays to be connected through the same setup.
ASUS has also included a built in USB hub and Auto KVM support. The KVM function allows a keyboard, mouse and other connected peripherals to be shared between multiple computers.
That could make the monitor useful for professionals who regularly switch between a desktop workstation and a laptop.
QD OLED panel focuses on color accuracy
The 26.5 inch panel uses QD OLED technology with a 4K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
ASUS rates the screen for 99 percent coverage of the DCI P3 color space and claims Delta E below 1 color accuracy. The monitor is also Calman Verified.
These specifications position the PA27UCDV for tasks such as video editing, photography, graphics work and other workflows where accurate color reproduction matters.
Peak brightness reaches up to 1,000 nits.
ASUS is also using its LuxPixel technology, which combines an anti glare and low reflection surface to reduce distracting reflections.
That should make the display easier to use in brighter working environments where glossy OLED panels can otherwise show strong reflections.
HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort are also included
Thunderbolt is not the only connection option.
The PA27UCDV includes HDMI 2.1 along with DisplayPort 1.4 using Display Stream Compression.
This gives creators more flexibility when connecting workstations, laptops and other devices without depending entirely on USB C or Thunderbolt.
The 120Hz refresh rate also provides smoother motion than traditional 60Hz professional monitors, while remaining below the 240Hz refresh rate offered by some other premium ProArt models.
ASUS appears to be positioning this model around productivity, laptop connectivity and color work rather than maximum refresh rate.
The company has not provided a price or retail launch schedule yet. For now, the ProArt PA27UCDV is being demonstrated publicly at IBC 2026, with more availability details expected later.
