Xbox Deals Unlocked sale cuts prices on more than 1,800 games

Xbox has launched its Deals Unlocked Sale 2026, bringing discounts to more than 1,800 games and over 2,000 total offers across the Xbox Store. The sale includes a wide mix of big budget releases, recent hits, horror games, RPGs, racing titles, shooters, and older favorites, with the promotion expected to run until June 10.

This is one of Xbox’s larger store events of the year, and the range is broad enough that most players should find something worth checking. Some of the biggest discounted names include Assassin’s Creed Shadows, Baldur’s Gate 3, Battlefield 6, Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition, Silent Hill 2, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, Red Dead Redemption 2, Resident Evil 4, Alan Wake 2 Deluxe Edition, and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition.

The sale is especially useful for players who missed recent releases at launch. Several newer games are already seeing meaningful discounts, while older titles are dropping to very low prices. That makes this a good time to build a backlog, although many Xbox players probably already know how dangerous that can be.

Some of the strongest discounts are on older hits and complete editions

The biggest value appears to be in older critically praised games and full editions. Control Ultimate Edition is down 90 percent, Alan Wake Remastered is 85 percent off, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is also 85 percent off, and The Witcher 3 Complete Edition is 80 percent off.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows50 percent$34.99
Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition50 percent$39.99
DOOM: The Dark Ages67 percent$23.09
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade50 percent$19.99
Resident Evil 475 percent$9.99
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition80 percent$9.99
Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 Year 1 Edition70 percent$29.99

There are also several newer games with smaller but still useful discounts. Baldur’s Gate 3 is 25 percent off, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is 25 percent off, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is 40 percent off, and Split Fiction is 30 percent off. These are not impulse buy prices for everyone, but they are notable drops for games that still feel relatively fresh.

Horror fans have a strong selection too. Silent Hill 2 is 50 percent off, Silent Hill f is 50 percent off, Resident Evil Requiem is 30 percent off, The Outlast Trials is 70 percent off, and Alan Wake 2 Deluxe Edition is 70 percent off. That makes the sale particularly good for players who enjoy darker single player or co op experiences.

Xbox first party and Microsoft associated games are also part of the sale. Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is 75 percent off, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is 75 percent off, and Quantum Break is 80 percent off. Those are strong prices for anyone who wants to catch up on Xbox’s cinematic action games.

The sale also highlights one of Xbox’s biggest strengths: long term digital access. Many discounted games can be bought now and played later across compatible Xbox hardware. For players who rely on backwards and forwards compatibility, that makes a large sale more useful than a one time impulse event.

The best approach is to be selective. Control Ultimate Edition, Resident Evil 4, The Witcher 3 Complete Edition, Alan Wake Remastered, and Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy stand out as especially strong value picks. Newer games like Baldur’s Gate 3, Split Fiction, Assassin’s Creed Shadows, and Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition are better choices if you were already waiting for a discount.

With more than 1,800 games included, the Deals Unlocked Sale is easy to get lost in. But for anyone willing to browse carefully, this is one of Xbox’s better opportunities to grab major games before the summer showcase season brings even more releases to the calendar.
