Prime members get Mafia III, Tomb Raider remasters, XCOM, and 12 more games in June

Amazon has revealed its June game lineup for Prime members, and this month brings 15 PC games that can be claimed at no extra cost through Amazon Luna’s monthly gaming benefits. The list includes a mix of bigger names and smaller indie titles, with Mafia III: Definitive Edition, Tomb Raider IV VI Remastered, and XCOM: Chimera Squad leading the first wave.

The rollout is split across four weekly drops throughout June. Three games are already available from June 2, while the rest will arrive on June 11, June 18, and June 25. As usual with Amazon’s monthly gaming offers, these are not short one day giveaways. Many Prime game claims stay available for longer periods, which gives members more time to add them to their libraries.

The first batch is the strongest one for players who want familiar franchises. Tomb Raider IV VI Remastered is available through the Epic Games Store, while Mafia III: Definitive Edition and XCOM: Chimera Squad are being offered as GOG codes. That means players will need to redeem the games through different PC platforms depending on the title.

June 25Space Grunts: Chrono Shard, Please Touch the Artwork, Terraforming Mars, Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch

Mafia III: Definitive Edition is likely to get attention because it remains a strong story driven open world crime game. Its 1960s New Bordeaux setting, revenge focused narrative, and soundtrack make it one of the more recognizable titles in the June lineup.

Tomb Raider IV VI Remastered should also appeal to fans of Lara Croft, especially with renewed interest in the series after recent Tomb Raider announcements. This remastered collection covers some of the older Core Design era games, giving players a chance to revisit a more classic version of Lara.

XCOM: Chimera Squad gives the first week a strategy option. It is smaller and more experimental than XCOM 2, but it still offers tactical turn based combat and squad management. For Prime members who never tried it, this is a low risk way to add it to a PC library.

The June 11 wave leans more toward smaller and indie titles. Paradise Killer is the standout here, offering an unusual detective adventure built around mystery solving, exploration, and strange world building. G.I. Joe: Wrath of Cobra adds arcade style action, while Tested on Humans: Escape Room and Sin Slayers bring puzzle and RPG options.

The June 18 batch includes Between Time: Escape Room, Sugardew Island, Wargame Construction Set III: Age of Rifles 1846 1905, and Space Grunts 2. This is a more niche group, but it gives the month variety across puzzle, farming, strategy, and roguelike style play.

The final June 25 wave closes the month with Space Grunts: Chrono Shard, Please Touch the Artwork, Terraforming Mars, and Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch. Terraforming Mars should interest board game fans, while Lost Eidolons adds another tactical RPG style option.

Amazon is also tying the month to Prime Day. Starting June 23, the Amazon Luna Controller will be discounted by 43 percent, which may interest people who use Amazon’s cloud gaming service or want a controller for Luna supported devices.

This month’s lineup is useful because it is not built around one genre. There are open world games, strategy games, remasters, puzzle games, RPGs, board game adaptations, and smaller indie projects. Not every title will appeal to everyone, but Prime members who already pay for the subscription should find at least a few worthwhile claims.

The main thing to remember is that these games come through different storefronts and apps, including Epic Games Store, GOG, Amazon Games App, and Legacy Games. It is worth checking the redemption platform before claiming so the game ends up in the library you prefer.

For June, Amazon’s strongest offer is clearly the opening batch. Mafia III, Tomb Raider IV VI Remastered, and XCOM: Chimera Squad give the month a solid start, while the later waves add enough variety to keep Prime members checking back each week.
