Xbox launches two huge sales with more than 1,000 discounted games

Xbox has added another large batch of discounts to the Microsoft Store, giving players more than 1,000 deals across two new sales. The latest offers are part of the ID@Xbox Mega Sale and the Publisher Spotlight Series sale, with discounts covering major releases, indie games, sports titles, RPGs, shooters, and older favorites.

The new sale includes some big names. Baldur’s Gate 3, Battlefield 6, Cronos: The New Dawn, Hollow Knight: Silksong, Stalker 2, Split Fiction, Satisfactory, Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, and RoboCop: Rogue City Unfinished Business are all included.

There are also several deep discounts. Dead Island 2 Ultimate Edition is down by 90 percent, Mafia: Definitive Edition is 80 percent off, Metro Exodus is 85 percent off, and What Remains of Edith Finch is 75 percent off. If you are looking for cheaper picks, those are some of the stronger deals in the list.

The ID@Xbox Mega Sale should be worth checking if you want smaller or more unusual games, while the Publisher Spotlight Series sale is better for bigger names and familiar franchises. The mix is broad enough that most Xbox players should find at least a few interesting discounts.

Some of the better value picks are older games with heavy discounts. Metro Exodus at $4.49 and Mafia: Definitive Edition at $5.99 are easy recommendations if you have not played them yet. Dead Island 2 Ultimate Edition at $6.99 is also a strong deal because it includes more content than the base release.

The sale also gives newer games a modest price cut. Baldur’s Gate 3 is still not cheap at $52.49, but its 25 percent discount may be enough for players who have been waiting. Hollow Knight: Silksong at $14.99 is another notable pick, especially given how much attention the game has received.
