Xbox Game Pass Adds Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 to Premium as EA Sports College Football 27 Trial Begins

Xbox Game Pass has started its July additions with two limited offers rather than a major new wave of permanent games. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 is now available for Xbox Game Pass Premium subscribers, while EA Sports College Football 27 can be played through a 10 hour EA Play trial for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass members.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 originally arrived as an Xbox release in 2025 and was already included with Game Pass Ultimate. Its move to the Premium tier means more subscribers can now access the full game without buying it separately.

EA Sports College Football 27 is different. It is not joining the Game Pass library permanently. Instead, eligible subscribers can try the game for up to 10 hours through EA Play before deciding whether to buy the full release.

EA Sports College Football 27 is available through a limited EA Play trial rather than a full Game Pass launch. Ultimate and PC Game Pass members can download the trial from the Xbox Store and play for up to 10 hours.

The trial gives players a chance to test the gameplay, presentation, and new college football features before purchasing the complete version. Progress from the trial may also carry over if players decide to buy the game, although that can depend on the platform and edition.

These two additions are only the beginning of the July Game Pass schedule. Microsoft is expected to reveal another batch of games soon, likely covering the first half of the month.
