Xbox’s Deals Unlocked Sale 2026 is now live, and it includes more than 120 backwards compatible games from the original Xbox and Xbox 360 eras. The sale runs until June 10, giving players a chance to pick up older Xbox classics at heavy discounts before the offers expire.
This is a strong sale for anyone who still uses Xbox backwards compatibility, especially because many of these games are harder to find physically or have never received modern remasters. Some titles in the list do have newer versions, such as Alan Wake and Mass Effect, but the original releases may still appeal to collectors, nostalgia players, or people who want the older versions in their digital library.
The lineup is similar to the earlier Spring Sale, but not identical. A few games have been added this time, including Ninja Gaiden Black and Darksiders, while some others, such as Gears of War and Dead or Alive, are no longer included. The discount structure has also changed, with more games now sitting at 67 percent off instead of 50 percent.
The biggest discounts cover RPGs, action games, arcade classics, and Xbox 360 favorites
There is a wide mix of genres in the sale. RPG fans can find Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Fable Anniversary, Fable 2, Fable 3, Mass Effect, The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, and Jade Empire. These are some of the most notable backwards compatible games on Xbox, especially because several of them still do not have modern replacements.
| Highlighted game | Discount |
|---|---|
| Alan Wake | 70 percent |
| Blue Dragon | 75 percent |
| Lost Odyssey | 75 percent |
| Fable Anniversary | 67 percent |
| Fable 2 | 67 percent |
| Fable 3 | 67 percent |
| Grand Theft Auto IV | 65 percent |
| Jade Empire | 80 percent |
| The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings | 85 percent |
| Resident Evil Code: Veronica X | 85 percent |
| Ninja Gaiden Black | 50 percent |
| Ninja Gaiden 2 | 50 percent |
Action and adventure fans also have plenty to choose from. The Ninja Gaiden trilogy is included, with Ninja Gaiden Black, Ninja Gaiden 2, and Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge all discounted by 50 percent. Darksiders is down 80 percent, while Brutal Legend, Shadow Complex, Tomb Raider Underworld, Tomb Raider Anniversary, and Tomb Raider Legend are also part of the sale.

There are also several Xbox Live Arcade classics in the mix. BattleBlock Theater, Braid, CastleStorm, Ikaruga, Radiant Silvergun, Super Meat Boy, Splosion Man, Ms. Splosion Man, The Maw, Stacking, Torchlight, Trials HD, and Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet all appear in the discounted list. For some players, these smaller games may be the best value because many are discounted by 67 percent or 75 percent.
The Castlevania selection is worth noting too. Symphony of the Night, Harmony of Despair, Lords of Shadow, Lords of Shadow 2, and Mirror of Fate HD are all included. That makes this sale useful for anyone who wants to revisit older Castlevania entries before newer franchise releases or collections arrive.
The strongest discounts go as high as 90 percent, with Bound by Flame among the deepest cuts. Several other games, including Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, Resident Evil Code: Veronica X, Tomb Raider Anniversary, Tomb Raider Underworld, and The Witcher 2, are discounted by 85 percent.
This sale is a reminder that backwards compatibility remains one of Xbox’s most valuable features. New releases get most of the attention, but Xbox still gives players access to a large library of older games that can run on modern consoles. For anyone building a digital collection, the Deals Unlocked sale is a good time to grab classics before June 10.
