Warhammer Skulls 2026 now has a date, and this year’s show should be a big one for fans of Games Workshop’s video game lineup.
The annual Warhammer video game showcase will stream on May 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM BST. That is also 6:00 PM CEST, 12:00 PM EST, and 9:00 AM PST. This year is especially notable because it marks the 10th anniversary of Warhammer Skulls.
Games Workshop says the event will include reveals, updates, and news for several current and upcoming Warhammer games. There will also be discounts on Warhammer games across digital platforms from May 21 to May 28.
Game expected at Warhammer Skulls 2026
---
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2
Warhammer 40,000: Darktide
Total War: Warhammer 3
Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector
Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2
Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader
Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy
Warhammer: Survivors
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 4
One of the confirmed highlights is Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus 2, which launches on May 21. The sequel lets players control either the Adeptus Mechanicus or the Necron legions as both sides fight over a resource rich world filled with secrets.
Darktide is also getting attention. The event trailer teased a new update for Fatshark’s four player co op shooter, and fans are already speculating that it could be tied to the Adeptus Mechanicus. The bright plasma fire and Servo Skull shown in the teaser have led some players to guess that a playable Skitarii Ranger class may be coming.

That is not confirmed, but the timing makes the theory interesting. Mechanicus 2 launches the same day, and Rogue Trader’s upcoming Infinite Museion DLC adds a Tech Priest Manipulus companion named Eogunn Februs. Warhammer games have lined up similar themed updates before, so an Adeptus Mechanicus focused Darktide reveal would make sense.
Rogue Trader is another game to watch. Its third DLC, The Infinite Museion, has only been shown through teasers so far. Warhammer Skulls could finally bring proper gameplay footage and more details about what Owlcat is adding next.
Boltgun 2 and Dark Heresy may also be major parts of the show. Boltgun 2 is bringing back the fast boomer shooter style of the first game, while adding a new playable Sister of Battle, Nyra Veyrath. Dark Heresy looks like a darker follow up to Rogue Trader, with improved turn based combat and a deeper investigation system.
The event could also be important for Dawn of War 4. The series has been quiet for a long time, and any proper look at the next entry would likely be one of the biggest moments of the showcase.
Warhammer Skulls has become the main yearly stage for Warhammer video game news, and the 2026 edition looks packed. Between Mechanicus 2’s launch, possible Darktide class news, Rogue Trader DLC, Boltgun 2, Dark Heresy, and Dawn of War 4, this could shape the next year of Warhammer gaming.
