Ac9 vs mi router 3G- which would be better? I am getting the former for 1/3 the price though- not sure if it’s be worth so much more

It seems you have already reviewed Mi router 3, not sure if it’s exactly the same- but it the Tenda AC9 clearly seems to be the winner. Is AC9 the king in the budget sector?
Would you recommend the AC9 or the AC10? I’m getting the former for around 30% lesser price
