If you own a Mac OS device, it would be better to buy the HP product, due to the smooth integration. This printer is an all-in-one printer with print-scan-copy features

If you require multiple page scan- the L5190 does not do it. I have returned my purchase.

The paper feeder does not work properly. The top right corner always gets folded and causes jams. After 3 months, I had to return the printer, as the printer just stopped working due to a feeder malfunction.

I got a second L5190, and after 2 weeks, it has exactly the same problems.

I would not recommend this printer to anybody.

Thank you for the review , your review helped me choosing the printer and as if i have l5190 epson with me , i would say it has a good adf and i hardly find any paper jam as if for the first time co. engineer at installation opened the upper flap and just cleaned it with a dry cloth after that there is no problem in adf since last 3 months and i have scanned about 750+ pages with adf and I liked your review please always keep on posting your reviews…Good Day

The quality of printing is poor and very difficult to setup, but otherwise good for normal statements. NOT pictures

how many pages before replacing the waste tank ?

Without a working ADF, it’s not much of an option. I was really looking to see if it does double-sided copying as well as double-sided scanning. That’s certainly not an option if it won’t even feed multi-page documents!

The don’t seem to have the model Epson EcoTank L5190 listed in the USA as of yet. See it listed in India but that is out of the question.

Their rollout schedule is unknown to us at this time. They sell it in Europe too, but not everywhere.
