it is not updating or not showing update but the app is telling update and cant play….. it shows that the metered internet will not update how to change this

I have been through all of the steps on the downloads and updates page in the Microsoft store BUT the one game I’m wanting to update isn’t working. It keeps telling me to check my updates to update the game. I’ve tried this maybe 6 or 7 times and it still doesn’t work.

“Something went wrong on our end” for the last two weeks. Cannot “Install Apps” that I own. Why?
