Beelink EQi 304 Launches as a Compact Wildcat Lake Mini PC With 16GB RAM for $509

Beelink has launched the EQi 304, a compact mini PC powered by Intel’s Core 3 304 Wildcat Lake processor. The entry-level system starts at $509 with 16GB of LPDDR5 memory and a 512GB SSD, targeting buyers who need a small desktop for office work, browsing, streaming, light productivity, and basic AI tasks.

The EQi 304 is one of the first mini PCs built around Intel’s Wildcat Lake platform. It uses a low-power processor with one performance core and four low-power efficiency cores, helping it balance everyday performance with lower energy use.

While it is not designed for demanding gaming or heavy workstation workloads, the system includes unusually strong connectivity for its size, including Thunderbolt 4, dual Ethernet ports, Wi-Fi 6, and support for fast external storage.

Intel Core 3 304 Brings Low-Power Wildcat Lake Hardware

The Beelink EQi 304 uses Intel’s Core 3 304 processor, a 1P plus 4E core design with one Cougar Cove performance core and four Darkmont low-power efficiency cores.

The chip also includes Intel Xe3 integrated graphics and an NPU rated for up to 24 TOPS of AI performance. That should be enough for lighter local AI features, Windows AI tools, image effects, voice processing, and basic AI-assisted productivity workloads.

The low-power design should also help the mini PC remain quiet during lighter workloads.

Small Chassis Includes Strong Networking and Ports

The EQi 304 measures 126 x 126 x 44.2mm and weighs around 500g. That makes it small enough for a desk, living room setup, travel bag, or monitor-mounted workstation.

Despite the compact body, Beelink includes several high-end ports.

ConnectionReported support
Thunderbolt 4Up to 40Gbps with DisplayPort Alt Mode
HDMIUp to 4K at 60Hz
EthernetOne 10GbE port and one 2.5GbE port
Wi-FiWi-Fi 6
BluetoothBluetooth 5.2
USB-C front port10Gbps
USB-A front portUSB 3.2 at 10Gbps
Audio3.5mm headphone jack

The dual Ethernet setup is especially unusual at this price. The 10GbE port could make the EQi 304 useful for home servers, fast NAS access, media libraries, and small office networks.

Memory and Storage Options Start at $509

Beelink plans to offer the EQi 304 in three configurations.

ConfigurationPrice
16GB LPDDR5 and 512GB storage$509
24GB LPDDR5 and 512GB storage$659
32GB LPDDR5 and 512GB storage$739

The lowest-priced version is likely the best fit for basic productivity and streaming. Buyers who run many browser tabs, virtual machines, local AI tools, or heavier multitasking may prefer the 24GB or 32GB versions.

A Practical Mini PC for Everyday Workloads

The EQi 304 is not positioned as a gaming mini PC, and its integrated graphics will have limits with modern AAA titles. However, it could be a useful option for people who want a quiet, space-saving desktop with modern connectivity.

The combination of Thunderbolt 4, 10GbE networking, Wi-Fi 6, expandable storage, and a low-power Intel processor gives the system more flexibility than many entry-level mini PCs.

For home offices, media setups, lightweight development work, digital signage, or a compact desktop replacement, Beelink’s EQi 304 could offer a capable option without the size and power draw of a traditional tower PC.
