ASUS teases gold and black ROG Astral RTX 50 Series GPU for ROG’s 20th anniversary

ASUS is preparing a new wave of Republic of Gamers hardware for ROG’s 20th anniversary, and its latest teaser appears to include a special gold and black ROG Astral graphics card based on Nvidia’s RTX 50 Series. The product has not been fully announced yet, but the short teaser video gives an early look at the kind of premium hardware ASUS plans to show at Computex 2026.

Computex 2026 will run from June 2 to June 6, and ASUS is expected to use the event to reveal more than just the previously shown ROG 20th Anniversary Crosshair motherboard. The teaser briefly shows several ROG products near the end of the video, including what appears to be a motherboard, an AIO liquid cooler, a power supply, a graphics card, and possibly a new ROG NUC mini PC.

The biggest visible change is the color scheme. Standard ROG Astral cards usually use darker black, grey, or silver tones, while this anniversary version appears to use black with gold accents. The same theme seems to carry across the other teased ROG products, suggesting ASUS may release a coordinated 20th anniversary hardware lineup.

ASUS has not shared clock speeds, memory details, power limits, pricing, or a launch date for the GPU. Still, if this is an ROG Astral RTX 5090 or RTX 5080 anniversary model, it will almost certainly sit in the premium category. ASUS usually reserves special edition ROG hardware for high end buyers, and factory overclocking would not be surprising.

The BTF design is also worth noting because it is part of ASUS’s push toward cleaner PC builds.
