AMD has introduced a limited edition gaming hardware collection inspired by the Valorant Champions Tour China 2026 season.
The VCTCN 2026 Collector’s Edition was revealed during AMD Carnival Hour at Bilibili World 2026 in Shanghai. AMD worked with TJ Sports to create a group of themed products aimed at Valorant fans, esports followers, and hardware collectors.
The collection includes four products: an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, a Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card, a Lenovo Legion R9000P gaming laptop, and a Lenovo Blade 7000P desktop PC.
None of the products will be sold through normal retail channels. AMD plans to distribute them through promotions and activities connected to the VCTCN China Grand Finals in Chengdu later in 2026.
The collection includes four high performance gaming products
The Ryzen 7 9800X3D is the processor included in the collection. It is one of AMD’s gaming focused desktop chips and uses the company’s 3D V Cache technology to improve performance in games that benefit from a larger cache.
The graphics card is a Radeon RX 9070 XT with 16GB of memory. It appears to be based on Sapphire’s Nitro Plus design, but it has been redesigned with special VCTCN branding and a red and black colour scheme.
The triple fan cooler is one of the most distinctive parts of the collection. Its three red fans and dark shroud give it a look that differs significantly from the standard retail version.
| Product | Main detail |
|---|---|
| Ryzen 7 9800X3D | Gaming processor with 3D V Cache |
| Radeon RX 9070 XT | 16GB graphics card with a triple fan cooler |
| Lenovo Legion R9000P | Limited edition gaming laptop |
| Lenovo Blade 7000P | Themed desktop gaming PC |
The Lenovo Legion R9000P also receives a custom design. The laptop uses a dark red appearance with VCTCN graphics across the exterior, making it visually different from the regular Legion model.
The Lenovo Blade 7000P desktop follows the same theme. Its case and exterior details use the collection’s darker colours and esports branding.
AMD focuses on design rather than new specifications
The main difference between the VCTCN Collector’s Edition products and their regular counterparts appears to be the exterior design.

AMD has not announced unique processor specifications, higher clock speeds, or exclusive performance features for the Ryzen 7 9800X3D or Radeon RX 9070 XT included in the collection.

The products are therefore best viewed as collector’s versions of existing hardware rather than completely new models.
This approach is common with gaming partnerships. Companies often use special colours, artwork, packaging, and branding to create limited products around popular games or esports events.
The VCTCN design uses a dark red visual theme combined with black sections and tournament branding. The result is more aggressive than the standard appearance of the individual products.
The hardware will not be available in stores
AMD says the collection will not be released through ordinary retail channels.
Instead, the products will be distributed during the VCTCN China Grand Finals in Chengdu. Fans attending the event may have opportunities to win them through tournament related activities, interactive experiences, and lucky draws.
That distribution method makes the hardware significantly more limited than a typical special edition product. There is no announced price because the collection is not intended for direct sale.
It is also unclear how many units AMD and its partners plan to produce. A small production run could make individual items difficult to find outside the official event.
The limited availability may also lead to resale listings after the finals, although AMD has not announced any official process for purchasing the hardware later.
The collaboration connects AMD with China’s esports audience
Valorant has a large competitive community, and the VCT China league gives AMD a way to promote its gaming products directly to esports fans.
The collection brings together several parts of AMD’s gaming ecosystem. The Ryzen 7 9800X3D represents its desktop processor business, while the Radeon RX 9070 XT highlights its latest graphics architecture.
The Lenovo laptop and desktop also show how AMD components are used in complete gaming systems rather than only custom built PCs.
For collectors, the Radeon RX 9070 XT may be the most notable item because of its unusual triple red fan design. The matching laptop and desktop could also appeal to fans who want a complete VCTCN themed setup.
AMD has not confirmed plans to release similar products in other regions. For now, the VCTCN 2026 Collector’s Edition appears to be exclusive to China and tied directly to the Grand Finals in Chengdu.
