    I have been unable to run WEI for some time;
    Does anyone know who to reinstall WEI?
    I get this error message:
    [Window Title]
    Performance Information and Tools
    [Main Instruction]
    The Windows Experience Index for your system could not be computed.
    Could not measure storage performance.
    The temporary file needed to perform work could not be placed on the disk. Could not find a suitable drive for the file.

      From the text of the error: “The temporary file needed to perform work could not be placed on the disk. Could not find a suitable drive for the file.” it sounds like:

      1. You have no space left on your system drive. Use Disk Cleanup to make some space: http://www.digitalcitizen.life/free-wasted-space-disk-cleanup

      2. You might have some hardware problems with your hard disk. In that case you should take it to a repair shop.

    I saw you comment on another tutorial. I had a question regarding making a personal backup of software. I am very challenged with the computer. Can I just use my dvd burner?
