    Thanks for the article. I do have Bluetooth and am using Windows 10, but it wasn’t shown in the Action Centre, even when I expanded it. Your statement “If this button is missing, then it means that you do not have a Bluetooth chip on your Windows 10 PC or device” is thus incorrect.

      LOL. Do you have a Bluetooth chip on your device? If you do, are there any drivers for it installed? Does Windows 10 recognize that Bluetooth chip?
