This is great, for “old school” shortcuts.
How about for Win10 Start Menu “tiles” / shortcuts?
How about an article on how to modify Win 10 Tiles? ie change the tile name from “Word” to “Word 2016” or “Word Online”

I need to run a shortcut silently. I tried these arguments but none worked:
      /backgound
      /quiet
      /silent
      /S /desktopicon=no
