I bought a neffos cell – it looked good and had a lot of functions for the price. Beware – the quality is poor – parts fails after a few months and few repair shops other than official Neffos service shop has the required Neffos parts – however simple the problem. The Neffos service centre in Low Yat – KL is dire – disinterested people whose role in life is to dissuade you from bringing your cell to them for repair under warranty by telling you it will be a week or more until your cell is repaired. I wouldn’t recommend a Neffos to anyone.

I’m currently using the Neffos X1 lite. It’s user friendly and for it’s very reasonable price, the clarity and vibrant colours be it on YouTube or browsing on the various apps, this phone is really good value for money. Don’t hesitate. Get this phone! For once, don’t look at the brand.
