I’ve had one of these for about 9 months, i7, full HD, touch, and I love it. It’s light, responsive, nice to look at, pretty good for light video work (converting full HD to 720p or less to decrease storage — and the 720p videos look pretty good on it too), and great for everything else I do. I’m not a gamer though, so I can’t speak to that. Mine came with the 500 GB HD, but it also had an empty mSata slot under the motherboard. After I added a 256 GB msata as my boot drive and relegated the 500 MB to data only, it would cold boot in 6 seconds — until I loaded it down with software that insists on loading at boot. Now its a ‘sluggish’ 18 second cold boot (9 seconds from hibernate). I notice that’s still faster than the Surface 2 or Asus.
