Though you can’t delete a contact directly from People, you can remove them from your contact list in the source account. Do that, and the app will remove the contact the next time it syncs.

Great guide and has everything you would need except, do you know how to refresh the data in the peoples charm as I have removed contacts from Facebook but they still remain in the charm?
Other websites explain that it runs from Exchange Active sync but surely this should be a continuous link?
Thanks

The instructions for arranging contacts by last name do not work. Any other suggestions?

I really miss the facility Outlook Express had to easily organise contacts into different folders according to who/what they are.
There is no option to delete contacts though. Thats my only problem with it, otherwise its a great tool.
