Super helpful! Thank you Codrut. Note, as of today, 2/22/21 (ooh, tomorrow is an interesting date, hahaha) Firefox exports to a CSV file automatically. It doesn’t tell you that’s what the export will be when you click “export.” Instead it offers this warning:
“Your passwords will be saved as readable text (e.g., BadP@ssw0rd) so anyone who can open the exported file can view them.”
But when you click the “Export” button, it brings up the file it is trying to save, and voila, it is a .csv file. No third party program needed.
From there I followed your instructions, and though some screens looked a little different since you originally posted this, the information worked, and now my new LastPass Vault is fully populated.
