    After pulling almost every hair out of my bold cranium, SOMEBODY forgot to mention that you have to go to Advanced Settings and set both overrides to “use language list”.
    If you don’t do that, the languages, like Spanish, are not available for download.
    I am downloading the Spanish Display Language now. At least,now, it was available for download.
