In the Settings app, when you choose “Personalization”, then “Start” from the left column, you would next click on “Choose which folders appear on Start”. When the next screen comes up to choose the folders to turn on/off…its all greyed out. They’re ALL turned off and can’t be turned on.

In the U.S. the date is usually posted as 11/19/2020 rather than the reverse, 19/11/2020.
Thanks for the suggestion. We will make this improvement soon.

Many have complained that the screen for which folders on Start Menu is greyed out, and inaccessible. No easy solution on the Web. Thoughts?
Can you please be more specific/descriptive? I do not understand what you want to say.
