I had a chat with AT&t trying to get my PUK code and AT&t continues telling me go to my prepaid account and they’re claiming that my last name is wrong and cannot find me anywhere so I’m stuck with a phone that doesn’t work that I have the PUK code and don’t know how to put it in my phone this really sucks I’m set up with this crap
My grandson put the simcard wrongly into his cell phone we correct it
Now we try to connect and the cell is asking for the PUK number which we cannot find the original document for the SIM CARD – LOST.
My sim was luck and is ask for puk and I have lost my sim pack I need puk number to unlock my sim

Hell NO I wan on chat with Sprint now T-Mobile for 15 minutes but no PUC to unlock a SIM Card I don’t even have on the new I-Phone that was activated by mistake. HELLO VERIZON goodbye Sprint and T-Mobil. When Service sucks like this you are forced to make changes!

What you wrote does work, unless your carrier is Spectrum Mobile. They will not give you the PUK code, claiming no knowledge of a PUK code. They just send you a new sim card.
I’m afraid many carriers are not friendly and helpful when it comes to solving this problem. 🙁

I have a unique issue. My boyfriend locked me out of my phone (changed every pin). Its asking me for sim card PUK. My carrier was AT&T prepaid. I havent had service through them in 6+ months (Ive been using TextNow) so they cannot help. There has to be another way besides the original packaging.
I have been given my PUK code by my carrier but it is only 7 digits long. My phone is asking for an 8 digit number. Does anyone know how to get around this? The tech support for my carrier doesn’t know. Thanks.

Google Fi support did not give me a PUK code. The representative said Google Fi does not lock sim cards because they are blank. The rep also repeated themselves and said again that “Google Fi does not lock SIM cards”
