Have Iphone 8 on Verizon. Went online to MyVerizon followed their PUK Locked directions:
From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
From the My Verizon Home screen, navigate: AccountMy devices.
Go to Device overview.
Under the appropriate mobile number, click Manage device.
Scroll down to the ‘PIN and Personal Unblocking Key’ section then click View.
The default PIN and Unblocking Key (PUK) key display once link is clicked. -
Google Fi support did not give me a PUK code. The representative said Google Fi does not lock sim cards because they are blank. The rep also repeated themselves and said again that “Google Fi does not lock SIM cards”
heres a portion of my chat log,:
” 10:56:52 PM Krishna: Google Fi phone number is linked to your email address so the sim card will always be blank and even if it is lost, you can simply get a new sim card and insert in the phone and login with your email and activate your number on that sim.
10:57:24 PM Krishna: It is with any other carrier. Google Fi do not lock sim cards”-
Thanks for sharing this story.

I do not have my tablet on a network, I only use it on my home wi-fi network. my tablet is locked and I need the PUK code.
What do I do now? -
What you wrote does work, unless your carrier is Spectrum Mobile. They will not give you the PUK code, claiming no knowledge of a PUK code. They just send you a new sim card.
-
I’m afraid many carriers are not friendly and helpful when it comes to solving this problem. 🙁
