One more way which I use on Win 10 and I assume will still be available on Win 11 is I use a shortcut with the command “shutdown.exe /r /f /fw /t 00” without the quotes. This takes you directly to your UEFI without any intermediate menus.
I forgot to mention that the /FW switch requires the Run as Administrator box to be ticked. See it under in the Advanced box when right clicking the Shortcut and selecting Properties.

Tried the majority of these methods and only get a blank screen.

None of the options work for me. New Hp Win11. All options result in an interim screen which does not allow UEFI changes (the screen just allows for options — F1 system information, F2 system diagnostics, F9 boot menu, F10 BIOS setup (which does not contain ANY reference to UFEI), F11 system recovery or Enter (continue startup). Need to get into UEFI to disable “secure boot” so I am at a loss. Wish to disable secure boot so I can run windows w/o the forced MS account setup.

Use F10 BIOS setup.
