Hey, Andrew. I know how you feel, I find the feature annoying also, so I have it disabled on my smartphone. There are a lot of users who seem to have Google Assistant reactivate on their phones after a day or so. Does the assistant simply fail to deactivate for you, or does it also prompt you to reactivate it? Are you using any headphones with your device when this happens? Unfortunately, we can’t reproduce the issue on our phones, so we need these answers to try and provide solutions.

I’ve followed these steps exactly, the “Google Assistant” is disabled on “Phone”, but when I say “OK Google” it fires up. I want to break something.
