I installed it on my granddad’s computer and it works well. He is pensioned now and doesn’t have the money to spend on software. He likes using it.

I switched from Bit Defender to Kaspersky Free when it was first released and have been very happy using the software. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted a free extremely effective antivirus program.

Just letting you know I have given Kaspersky free antivirus a fair go before checking what experts are saying from their websites and they claim this free antivirus contains spyware hidden in this antivirus to spy on whoever installed this antivirus and didn’t reading that and moved back to Qihoo 360 and if this didn’t satisfy my ?,might just go back to M.S.E and stick with that.Kaspersky himself has declared that he has no ties with Russian hackers or has added spyware in his free version as he replied from in his website.I just want to use a free no nonsense antivirus that I can have faith in properly protecting my Windows 7,without the extras that go with it as I found out after downloading another free antivirus as there was no warning beforehand and it was annoying to get either ads and or extras that I didn’t ask for…?.still open to change to another free antivirus should I be better off?.bye
