I went through each one of your suggestions and did not receive the choose “Home Screen” or the “Lock Screen” options. It did not show up on mine…now what?
I go the opposite way. I wish there was a way to add wallpaper to the apps icons screens. They look so bland with nothing but a black background. At the very least, I’d settle for a background colour of my choosing.
This is a tad insane. Did it never occur to these people that some users might actually want NO WALLPAPER? How about just having a black background so you can actually see the icons and information on the screen? Where is that option in version 9? I find it nowhere.
