How to change the Microsoft Store region in Windows

The region or country setting in Windows can have an effect on the apps and games you get access to in the Microsoft Store. For example, in the next screenshot, you can see that my current region is United States. The list of available countries and regions is extremely long and will likely include the region you live in. Scroll until you find it, and click or tap on it to select it.
