I have a MAC computer. When I plug in my ZenDrive SDRW-08U9M-U, then then it shows me some icons. One tells me to download something from the App Store. I go to the App Store and it shows me a variety of things and I have no idea which one would possibly work. I have been trying everything and can’t seem to get any answers. Do you think you can get back to me?
Unfortunately, this is not the same model so it might not work the same way, and your post does not have enough info for us to figure out what the problem might be. Paying attention to the prompts you receive might actually help you figure out how to use your new device. Hope this helps.

I would like a thorough description of the Zen Drive, what it can and can’t do. Do I still need a conventional drive along with the Zen Drive, can the Zen Drive be run from Thunderbolt 3 port, can I run conventional CDs and DVDs with it? Something that explains these and other similar type questions. The last time I spoke to a person at ASUS they didn’t know what it5 is. Please help.
