Just got my VivoWatch SP and the display is not colored. Any idea how can I fix this?

What do you mean by it is not colored? It gets “brighter” / more “colored” when you get notifications like somebody calling you. Most of the time it is black with gray/brown, like in our pictures.

Never saw that blue screen when receive a call
Update its firmware to the latest version. That’s what we did before starting the testing.
