I want to connect to my asus router while being connected to another network entirely, how do I do that? ie my other router I’m connected to with wifi and my asus router I’m connected to with an ethernet, how do i get to the login/admin panel of asus router over direct ethernet connection?

You need to activate and configure DDNS on your ASUS router.
