This did not work. I believe that the reason I’m getting these is because I’ve installed a 3rd party Antivirus (and therefore not using Windows Defender) and every time my antivirus checks for an updated definition, it “Turns off” the antivirus to update it and that’s why I’m getting the popup notification. I’ve turned everything mentioned on this page off and I’m still getting the annoying popups. Any suggestions?

Does not work. windows 10 seem to have a bug that continue to alert you even when Malwarebyte is on and protecting the PC.
You may create exceptions for a particular folder and Keep Enjoying!????????????????

Doesn’t work. You can disable all and still get the annoying “Windows Security – Actions needed” icon when you disable all virus security.
You shouldn’t do that.
