Therefore, they take most of the space with no cost that causes the computer to start playing hokey games, “running slow, etc.” Fortunately, I come to find the tool which will solve by limit the space of each user so they can be using the available spaces wisely.

Hi, there's no such thing as "necessary amount". It depends on how many users are configured on your laptop and how much space you want each of them to be able to use on your HDD.
